APARTMENT RESERVATION

 Each apartment can be reserved on the spot or via bank transfer of 1000 Euro. After the reservation is made the unit in question will be taken off the market for 30 days with guarantied no price increase. Within this timeframe the potential buyer is obliged to sign Preluminary Contract with the seller for purchase of the chosen apartment, otherwise he/she loses the deposit. 
 
                                                                              PAYMENT PLAN

- 30 % /first instalment/ - at the time of signing Preluminary Contract. The sum of 1000 Euro shall be deducted from the sum for this instalment owned.
- 30% /second instalment/ - when the rough construction of the building reaches the floor above the unit.
- 30 % /third instalment/ - after issuance of so called Act 14* by the Government Authorities.
- 10% /final instalment/ - at the time of obtaining Notary Deed by the owner  for the purchased apartment.

 * Act 14 is a written approval by the Government Authorities stating that the rough construction of the building complies with the state regulations.
