When buying an apartment each owner will sign a contract for management of the property, regulating the rights and obligations of the owner and manager of the property. Technical maintenance and services are included in the contract for the price of 8 Euro without VAT per square meter yearly.
The price includes:
• Maintenance of hygiene in the complex, including shared areas of the building, garden areas, pool and shared areas for recreation.
• Payment of electricity and water bills for the shared areas of the complex.
• Organisation, implementation and control of all necessary repairs and activities related to maintenance of the complex’s shared areas.
• Current maintenance and repair of buildings in the time ahead - to remove any damage related to the roof, plumbing, plaster and more. After the expiry of the warranty terms in the construction, maintenance and repair of the building will be at the expense of owners of flats in the building as a funds necessary for this support will be collected in addition to equality of all owners.
• Maintenance of the elevator.
• 24 hours security ensured by licensed company.
• Free use of the swimming pool.

By renting an apartment, at an annual 60% occupancy, the owner will recover their investment within 7-8 years.
